:wave:we are KEN & CHERYL and we are really looking forward to meeting all our new neighbors in the coming months. bought a piece of property on yarbough way and intend to build in 2012 we checked TEXAS AND Arizona before we found TV. WE 'RE READYTO BE FROGS SEE YOUALL SOON!!!

We bought dirt also and our house will be done 12/29!!!

Our lot in on Raven Croft Terrace, close to the Captiva Rec Center.

When are they going to start to building your house?

:wave:planning to start building after 1/1/12.still have some questions to resolveon the sale ofour current home. our goal is to move in by 6/1.don't know where I got santibelers from should be sanibelers. senior moment I guess. oh well we're ready for lifes next adventure and having more fun

On what street are you going to be building?

Is anyone on Vanilla Leaf Place? We will be moving in on January 12 --can't wait to meet everyone!

:wave:we are going to build on yarborough way which is alittle south of vanilla leaf drive if I have my directions correct. we look foward to really get ting involved in phases of all communitie activities except politics

Hello all

My wife Vera and I will be building our home on silk tree terrace in December 2011. We are closing on our home in Virginia on the 18th of November.
Then heading down to start the process.

we had a great lot on Silk Tree Terrace and I loved the name of the street but just in the nick of time we discovered that our Gardenia with a bay front would not fit on the lot and we had to move to Vanilla Leaf Place and pay a $7000 premium for the lot. We are moving in on the 12th of January and will be only a couple of streets from you.

Good luck with your move -- we will be in TV the first week in December and maybe will get to meet you then --

Welcome to TV - We have our lot on Evinston Court. Thanks to my lovely bride of 25 years - Angie Fox we now have a closing date in late January. We can't wait to move in and meet all of you. Hope to make the big move in March 2012. :wave::wave::wave:
