We just closed on a house on Jem Path in Amelia (between Mallory Square and Havana Golf courses) and are looking for recommendations for "reliable" people to do 1) lawn service, 2) house cleaning and 3) landscaping (sprinkler maintenance as well)....... who do YOU all recommend for these services???

We use Stellar, one of the advertisers here. Marty, the owner, and all of his crew are wonderful young men. Stellar does weeding, mowing, trimming, fertilizing,edging AND pest control ( inside and outside) as well as landscaping. Also can do pressure washing. We have used him since before we were here...hubby hired him on the spot after seeing what a good job his crew was doing on the neighbors lawn. They are responsive to any concern you have and will take care of it immediately. I think 2 hours was the longest we ever had to wait. They also do sprinkler maintenance. Some folks are going to tell you not to use him because you pay in advance for a year. I would not hesitate in paying him...we have and so have many many others on the board. Call him and ask him why he requires advance payment. I can not say enough good things about Marty and his crew.
