Have you used Select Choice TV.com bundle?
 
I notice they have a bundle:

TV service starting at 19.99/mo.
unlimited telephone from 1.67 to 19.99/mo
internet service starting at $14.99/mo
Free Hd DVR, get 3 receiveds Free
Free NFL Ticket
Free HD for life
HBO, Cinemaxs, Showtime, StarZ - Free for 3 months

Is this too good to be TRUE!

My Present bundle is $130, a savings of approx. $70?????

My guess would be that they are a reseller; probably for Dish.
