2009 EZ-Go RXV, Gas Cart
 

I got this car, as is. from a fleet. Cosmetically perfect. It has no lights or turn signals or horn. Nor does it have any side covers or club protector. The engine is apparently geared down for golf course use.

I need recommendations for getting her Village Ready and up to speed!

Thoughts, ideas, suggestions?

What make of cart and is it gas or electric? You need to get the cart to 19 MPH if it is gas you should be able to change the gear case gear ratio to achieve that speed. As you have mentioned you will need light kits to be village road worthy. Any other questions please call for help.

I just read the post again and see you have an EZ GO, the gear ratio you can get are 10-1 to go 19-22MPH.
