MVP Health Club

Can anyone give me some information about the MVP Health Club in Spanish Springs? Prices?
I didn't have time to stop when I was at The Villages on Thursday.

I stopped at the Colony REC center and a person told me MVP may be building something in the south, close to 466A. Is this true?
Still looking for price info.
