cell phone problem
 

Bad reception in Pennecamp today with at&t. Anyone know why? Thanks

I couldn't make any calls from my AT&T cell phone and if someone called me, it was all broken. I called AT&T and they said there is a problem in this area and hopefully will be resolved soon.

I have also had problems. I went to the AT&T store yesterday and bought a new phone, only to find it did not work either! After many calls to AT&T (on land line) they told me 2 main towers are down. One should be repaired by 10:00 pm and the other by 7 am. We will see. They did adjust my bill because of no service.

AT&T has the most inconsistent coverage here in TV and way too many other places when traveling. We have had Verizon since 1999. We chose Verizon because of their coverage. It has become a way of life for us to let others (mostly AT&T subscribers) use our phones to make a call in very many areas of the USA.

Also TV uses a lot of steel studding in their construction hence reception in many building here gets muted.

Actually, I have had AT&T ever since I moved here 8 years ago and this is the first time I've had a problem. It was still not right this morning - a friend called and it was dropped twice with message "call failed". I haven't tried to call out.
