2007 clubcar charging problem

have replaced batteries, were not holding charge. ran great untill time to plug in charger. would not charge. will charge and run when each battery is charged seperatly. all wires connected, and took charger to dealer and let me plug it in anoughter cart and worked fine. resister is right, fuses not blown. tried reset obc, no luck. removed obc, gray wire does not have fuseable link in it. ohm out gray wire on obc to all others, nothing... red and black wires from charger plug-in are fine. any way to check obc grey wire to see if that's the problem?? or obc? have i over looked somthing else?
before removeal of obc, when installed new batteries had the tow switch in tow so not to short out, spark at terminals of batteries. { hoping not to blow / fuse/ obc/ etc...} any ideas??

Charge problem

Sounds like an OBC problem. Take a jumper wire from the fuse link on the inside of your carts charger receptacle and connect it to the main negative terminal of the batteries. Then plug the charger in and if it starts to charge you will have eliminated the OBC from the system. Obviously, you will then need to replace the OBC. You sound in your request like you can handle this task but please be careful.
