additive for batteries
 

We just got new batteries for our cart.Thinking of buying one of the additives that are supposed to get longer batterie life.Do you know if the additives are worth the additional cost and if they really are beneficial?

We do not recommend additives to new batteries. Most additives on the market are desulfators and could be used after an abundance of sulfate has built up on plates after years of use. While the battery is under warranty most MFGs may not warranty batteries that have had additives in the electrolyte solution.
