We close on our new home tomorrow at 2:30. Our ABF pods arrive Tuesday. If you are neighbors, 3569 Edenville Path--village of St. James, stop by and say hello!!!! Annelle and I are looking forward to meeting everyone. We also have two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Clare/Chloe. Can harldy believe the time is almost here.

Hi Gary,

Gordon and I (Sue) are closing today in St James at 1869 Yankee Clipper Run. We are excited to meet our new friends and neighbors. Moving down permanently first week of January from Pennsylvania.

I wish I could say that, but I'm on a LONG foad getting my wife to even LOOK at a place in Florida. The Villages DVD and pictures did not impress her. However, she did like the idea of getting around by golf cart.

Congratulations to all the "Frogs-to-be" as you close on your new homes.
