No replies to our ad 4 house 4 rent
 

Reecently posted our house for rent under the real estate section of this forum. I was surprized to find we only got one response. I know more Villagers read the general disscusion thread so I thought I might try again here. Forgive me if it's improper. We have a 3br 2ba designer house in Poinciana that we would like to rent to friends of a fellow Villager. Terms are negotiable depending on length and time of stay. Would prefer someone looking to rent for at least 3 months. Maybe someone who is building or just wants to try out t.v. for the winter before buying. You can contact us at tlpdg@yahoo.com.

Try some gorilla marketing. Park your golf cart outside the entrance to the sales center. Put a large sign in the window: "Special Seasonal Home Rental".

Furnished or unfurnished?
We have friends who are looking for a long term rental but want unfurnished.

I have a friend with a year old Begonia Designer in Pennecamp that wants to rent unfurnished for a year. PM me and I'll give you the details and contact info.

One picture, or two or three, are worth a thousand words and if you rent to people with pets...than you will have a better chance too.

Lot of folks who are looking to rent to not live here - sooooooo, it might help if you posted some photos and provided additional info.
