Kettlebell Weight Training
 

Anyone aware of any kettlebell classes in or near the villages. Looking for evening or weekend classes.

I love kettlebell!!! Please let me know if there is a class around the area. I am very interested.

Funny response - brought a smile to my face early in the AM.
Kettlebelle's are weights in the shape of a bell with a handle. You get a great workout with them and the exercise routines really shape and tone.

It's not kettlebell ----- it's cattle bell

So far no luck finding any local. We might have to start our own little group. I have three kettlebelles of my own and can get routines from the gym that I used to go to back North.

I too am interested in weights. I've never done kettlebell, but if I can't find a weight training class with either bar & weights or hand weights, I would be interested. In Pittsburgh I go to LA Fitness' Body Works Plus Abs classes. It's a good workout, but I hear good things about kettlebell.

Anyone know of any weight training classes at all? I like to have a class rather than going it alone.

I would love a kettlebell class in the evening or on the weekends. Anybody know how to start a class?
