The pool cage could have a problem because of set-back rules. Is there someplace that I could read the rules, or do I have to get them from the salesperson?

The slider could be replaced, but will the committee approve the exterior change of a villa?

Also, I asked in the forum for new people about the size of the swim spas at TV, but did not get an answer. Maybe this is the right forum in which to ask. Does anyone know the size, especially depth?

We have a lot to do before we can move to TV, but still would like to have the questions answered. The answers will have something to do with what we decide to buy.

Thanks!

I think for the best information you need to visit the http://canadianspacompany.ca/swim-spas.html there is the huge collection of affordable and stylish swim spas. also you can get brochure from the site.

Hi

We are putting in an almost 30 x 50 birdcage at our new villa at the Haciendas at Mission Hills. It has to be permtted and we have a contractor doing that. We are also changing the lanai to a Florida room and putting in outside stackable sliders, some of the other villas came with those already. We are also putting in a swim spa above ground and they are allowed but I am getting confirmation this morning that the one we are purchasing that is 19 feet long is allowed. It sounds like we are doing similar things.

The swim spa we are purchasing is 19 ft long, 8 ft wide and 51 inches deep. I will let you know once I have confirmation today that it is ok but my realtor and contractor checked themselves and said it is. I like to hear it myself...

Really your questions are the same I posed here as well...funny.

Just checked, swimspas are allowed but you DO have to put in an application to architectural review and let them know where you are putting it. Then it takes a week for approval. Jane
