Is the golf cart garage part of the Gardenia or an add-on? If you look at the floor plans on the new model gallery, the golf cart is not included in the Gardenia but is included in the Begonia?

You are correct. The golf cart garage is not included in the Gardenia but is in the Begonia!

It is an add on.

When you think of your garage, think storage. We have no basements here. I say the bigger, the better. Buy as much garage as you comfortably can afford.

If you look at Model "A" on the website it shows no golf cart garage and model "B" does. It depends on what model you choose.

A Begonia has the golf cart garage on the inside of the house which makes every Begonia have a golf cart garage. The Gardenia golf cart garage is extra. The Begonia is a Gardenia with a small section in the kitchen nook area removed to make room for the gof cart garage. This gives the Begonia a smaller foot print which usually means less monet than a Gradenia w/ golf cart garage.

I see the confusion. when they do the 360 model tour on thevillages.com they are often times showing extras that are not a part of the basic home. I believe model "B" is also stretched.
