I could use some guidance on lawn and pesticide services. My problem is with frequency. I understand the mowing frequency but not sure what works for fertilizing, shrub spraying, pest treatment and weeding. I got a qoute form a company and they want to do the following:

spray shrubs every other month (6 times a year)
fertilize lawn every other month (6 times a year)
weeding beds every month (12 times a year)
spray for pests each quarter (4 times a year)

Their fee for all of this service plus mowing is $89.17/mo or $1016.50/yr.

Can someone tell me if the frequencies and cost is what one should pay for a patio villa? If there are other companies that you would recommend please let me know. Appreciate the help.

Sounds a little high to me. Call KB Lawn Care. We pay a little more than that, but then we have a designer on a corner lot.
