when buying a new home in TV
Do you need to have a lawyer when you buy a new home in TV? Do you think its a good idea to have one when you buy? What about having a home inspection on a new home, once again, hire someone? Just trying to put it all together. Thank you to all who respond.:bigbow:

no lawyer needed, The Villages is very helpful in closings and they give a one year warranty on new homes and they really do step up to it.
2 things... 1-after one year you're on your own. 2-we had an inspector come out at 11 months (found him here on a thread), he did a home inspection, filed the report with TV, and they called within 48 hours and had the list (short list, all minor) fixed just fine. |
No need for an attorney. I love JohnW's suggestion of an inspection just before the warranty expires.
