I would love to visit one the parks to see manatees.

Can anyone recommend which park to visit?

The one in Homosassa Springs is very nice. And is great for the grandkids. There is much more than just seeing the Manatees.
The Visitor Center and main entrance to the Ellie Schiller Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park
is located at 4150 S. Suncoast Blvd. ( US 19 & 98 ) in Homosassa Springs, Florida.

Have to agree with above, Homosassa is a lovely day out, and if you have time, Wekkiwachie to see the mermaids !
