If you ever think about hireing Precision Aluminum, run the other way.
They told me six different days they would show up to start work and
never showed up and never telephoned to let me know they would not
be here as promised. Meanwhile my lanai was unuasable for over ten weeks.

And... if someone from say the Ozarks is reading this - try to make me fell bad. I could care less what you think. You couldn't hurt my feelings. As always this is just IMHO.

Pecision Aluminum - Poor Customer Service
 

I've had the same experience with this company. I signed a contract with them in November and still do not have my lanai finished. They promised to put the screens in before Christmas and finish the job on the 5th of January. They put the screens in as planned. When they didn't show on the 5th we called to find out the windows had not been started because of a problem with the vendor. The vendor refused to manufacture the windows to the dimensions specified on the contract. We got the issue resolved that day and since then we have been given one promise date after the another with all sorts of excuses for missing the dates. We are still waiting for the windows to be installed. During this time we have initiated all of the calls with no call back if there was a problem. I have been dealing directly with the owner.
