Need recommendation for Whirlpool refrigerator repair person. Only 14 months old, freezer keeps icing up.

I had that problem and paid for a repair, only to find that the freezer door wasn't closing tight because a food package was in the way. Make sure that isn't what's causing your problem. Take everything out and rearrange it.
