The court ruled 9-0 that authorities need
 
a search warrent to use gps tracking devices on suspects vehicles. I didn't think this court was capable of unanimous aggreement on anything.

They were unanimous on Jan 11th also

Seems to me that the SCOTUS is cherry picking which amendments to enforce and which ones to ignore. Should have been 9-0 in the 2d Amendment cases in DC and Chicago also.

But it is nice to see that they sometimes get it right.

This kept the Obama Admin (DOJ) out of the church's business,...separation of church and state issue
