50 Top-Selling U.S. Master Planned Communities For 2011
The Villages, an active adult community in the Orlando area with 2,307 sales, was 2011’s top-selling U.S. Master Planned Community (MPC) according to John Burns Real Estate Consulting. The Villages was the top seller in our 2010 survey as well, with 2,208 sales.

....DANG... the "SECRET" about The Villages has obviously gotten out.

Day after Christmas 2011..went into a Kroger Grocery in The Woodlands, they had a personal shopper assist me.

.........we would be happy to DELIVER to your Woodlands address".

....WHAT.........Delivery is for OLD people !!! Oh Crap... Did she think I am an OLD PEOPLE ????

......must be TONS of JOBS in the area....I was offered a job to "glad-hand" clients..and help with "Dog & Pony Shows".....
at EXPOS for oil-drilling products...BUT..that dude WAS drinkin' heavily at the Christmas party....
I bet he worried ..........
..."what IF that fat OLD-GEEZER (me) shows up for work".

Heck, if they offered me a job....they have to be desperate for help...OR..
