No e-mail more e-mail notifications when I get a PM?
 

Up until a few weeks ago, when people on TOTV would send me a PM, I used to receive an e-mail notification from TOTV in my personal e-mail saying that someone had sent me a PM, and that I should log onto TOTV if I wanted to view it.

I have noticed in the past couple of weeks that this no longer happens. Because of my work schedule, I don't always log into TV during the work week. Today when I logged into TOTV, I had 4 PM's that were a few days old. I usually check my personal e-mail at least once a day, and there were no notifications from TOTV this week that I had PM's waiting for me to read.

Did the admins change something a few weeks ago about notifying members via e-mail when they have a PM to read? I really liked this feature, and I wish it would come back.

Has anyone else noticed this?

Thank you for notifying us. I was not aware that we no longer receive an email and sure enough I had a message.

We are aware of the issue and have been working diligently to resolve.
