Motorola Flip phone -- Flip needs fixing
 

Anyone have experience in fixing a Motorola (880) flip cell phone. When we open the flip sometimes it comes on ...sometimes it does not. We know the flip goes bad and there is a way to fix them...just looking to see if anyone has done this, and can offer some help.

Try talking to one of Best Buy's electronic geeks. They're a wealth of information. And they'll tell you the best thing to do.

I had the Motorola Razor that did the same thing after several years. Drove me crazy. My Verizon plan lets me upgrade to a new one every couple of years for very little cost.

You can also donate your old one to a charitable organization that will refurbish
it and give the phone to people in need, like battered wives etc.
