We Closed Today
 

and after a 6 hours drive are back home in Atlanta. Everything went real smooth, like a well oiled wheel. We have out Picture ID's and the keys to the house and mail box. I guess you could call us 'Tadpoles' we just need about 3 months to grow and then we will be Frogs. Thanks to everyone for all of your thought and well wishes. Wife has already gone to bed and I am just writing and on my way also. The first time we will be able to stay in our home will be the first week of April, wife's spring break, and our Golf Cart will come on our first day there, Good Nite all and hope to see you soon on the golf course.:a040:

Congratulations on making that final jump though only frogs jump, not tadpoles. Did you retire from Coca Cola or from CNN? If so, you have colleagues waiting for you here.

Congratulations to you and your wife! You two will wake up tomorrow, look at each other and say "did that really happened yesterday!" I know my Dave and I did just that when we closed August 2011....

So happy for you! We signed the contract today and start building Monday. We close May 9th. I'll bet you can't wait until first week of April!

I retired from Delta Air Lines.

My wife's name is Gail, and we have never lived more than 20 miles of downtown Atlanta. This is a big adjustment for us.
