Health food or Healthy food?
 

Just found this video clip and thought I would share. The presenter is a dietitian and former Kraft employee who has some good information if you are interested. There are a number of related clips along the right side of the you tube screen that are his also. Great for those who are concerned about weight and eating healthfully. And this clip gave me some good food for thought.
