if renting & pay $50 for quest id does that also include the daily sun newspaper delivery to the house. thank you

No. The $50 is for resident ID's which allow you to sign up for golf, give you priority at some activities, and probably a few other things. Guest ID's don't cost anything and allow you to use The Villages recreational facilities including golf (but you have to have a resident ID to do the signing up).

Some landlords (like me) order the paper for renters. You can call up the Daily Sun and order it yourself for however long you wish or purchase one every day at the mail pickup stations. It's very reasonable.
