Hunting Case Resolved in Montana

The Daily Sun reported that charges against Mark Morse and two other Florida men have been resolved in Montana. They pleaded guilty to misdemeanor hunting violations and were ordered to pay minimal fines and restitution. Morse retained his hunting and fishing privileges.

There were so many posters who were convinced that Mr. Morse would be or should be tossed into prison for 10 or 20 years for being guilty of many felonies. This is a lesson not to jump to conclussions before a judgement is made.

That's interesting. Cannot find out that much about it from the Montana media on the poaching charges case(s).

Looks like the State's case must have had some holes in it that Morse lawyers as well as those of the other men (?) could use.

Just a guess.
