Time frame of Southern Lifestyles furniture delivery
 

In your experience, when furniture stores in TV (specifically Southern Lifestyles) gives you a time frame for your furniture to come in, lets say 4-6 weeks, are they pretty much on time or does the furniture come sooner or later than expected? Thanks

Southern Lifestyles is pretty darn good about customer service. We've always been satisfied with them. If there is a delay on the furniture-making end by the manufacturer, Southern Lifestyles should let you know in a timely way!

I enjoy buying through Southern Lifestyles and also Showcase Direct. Furniture from both arrived a little earlier than time frame anticipated...that's a good thing! Lots depends on the manufacturer.

Thanks ladies. Believe it or not, we are already planning for company from out of state and want to make sure our furniture is going to be in! We haven't even ordered it yet....Thankfully SLS loans furniture.

If SLS doesn't, you know many here will offer something for you to use... ;)

We were told approximately eight weeks for our bedroom set. It ended up taking six weeks. We were very pleased with the overall customer service and experience.

My entire house came via Southern Lifestyles. If it is in stock delivery is quick. If not they will tell you 6 weeks. In my experience with out of stock items delivery is always within that time frame. I have found their customer service to be excellent. :pepper2::pepper2:

We took nothing from NYC and bought all new from SLS (so far). Ordered in November, all the furniture was in our house placed according to our floor plan just before we closed. Our salesperson (Dean Marshall) made the entire process, from purchase to delivery, stress free AND kept us informed via email as items were delivered to the store and put on "hold". Special order items were treated the same way. Great service and highly recommended.

I ordered my whole house from Showcase Direct and they were spot on for the delivery date. Just keep an eye on the delivery guys, they were real hacks. Dinged some walls and furniture. Showcase sent repair guys who did a good job and are going to replace 1 dresser that was badly damaged. Happinow, make sure YOU are there when they deliver, check everything and do not accept damaged items, you will be glad you did in the long run.

Thanks penguin. I haven' t heard of anyone saying anything negative about Southern Lifestyles delivery, so maybe they have their act together. We will be sure to be there when they deliver.

we purchased our whole house from showcase, loved the service and the delivery was excellent, no delivery fee, and the furniture was placed in all the right areas. customer service is number one with these local stores.

We had a house full of furniture delivered from Southern Life Style and all was delivered in less time than they projected. Great outfit to deal with.

We bought from Southern Lifestyles (along with some other stores) and I was there when Swimdawgs whole house was delivered. Same delivery guys. Very careful and very polite.

Swimdawg and I both used Jenifer from Southern Lifestyles and she was like your own personal interior designer. She had great and not expensive ideas and went to the trouble to bring two furniture drawers out to the house to see how the white and cream looked with Swim's cabinets. Jenifer has WONDERFUL taste and style and ideas. And she isn't trying to sell you the most expensive either.
