arnold palmer restaurant

Do not be taken in by their Sunday specials of free wine with the order of 2 prime rib dinners. The cut of meat they give you is uneatable. After cutting off the fat I called the waitress to show her... unfortunately after waiting 15 minutes she brought back a cut of meat as bad as my original order. at least the wine was good. Richie

We went for the same special a few weeks ago.
I've never had a better or tastier prime rib in my life. There were 4 of us and we all felt the same way. It wasn't the largest cut of meat but by far the best we've had.

Three and a half (my granddaughter) of us went last week for the $50 special - I had the pork. We all thought the service, atmosphere and food made for one of the most enjoyable evenings that we've experienced in a very long while! Anxious to return. :mmmm:

In the day I had the obligation to plan conventions, etc. Trying to make everyone happy i learned was a major attempt but never achieved. People will always complain because their expectation levels vary and for some they are so demanding it became my belief that God himself is going to find that they will complain to him about shortcomings of heaven

Arnold Palmer's is one of my favorites! The French onion soup...ooh la la!

Palmer's

We went there in January. Steaks were tough and fatty. Hope it was not the norm. We will try again. Just not sure when.:mmmm:

Dress code for women at Arnold Palmer

What is the dress code for women at Arnold Palmer for lunch and dinner? I'm used to wearing capri pants and a nice top to most of the restaurants in TV, but didn't know how that would go over at Arnold Palmer.

That would work fine.

This would certainly be fine for women but management would probably be called if it were a man:jester:

Thank you. Somehow I got the impression that at least for dinner at Nancy Lopez and Arnold Palmer the "recommended" dress code is a littler dressier.

As Mr. Aoki says, "Pull them up with you."

We did the prefix meal for $50.00 with free bottle of wine and they were bringing out cases of wine for the special.
The meal was great.
Mussels, filet, lobster bisque, cheese cake and of course wine.
Just don't tell anyone so we can get a table next to the windows.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience there. We have eaten there several times and were always pleased. Many larger cities have better food and service but they also have astronomical prices. AP usually has a nice meal for a fair price.

have to admit prime rib can be great or not.. so may have been the or not night
