Closing on Friday!
 

After visiting for 8 years we are finally going to become owners. I want to thank all the people on totv for all the information I have received and the help it has been. I continue to read everyday. I am furnishing my home and using the services recommended on the forums. I am very excited to spend the first night in my ranch home. My husband and I have saved for this for a long time and it has finally become a reality. Hope to meet some of you in person some day. Thank you.

We too have about 5-8 years, before we could call TV home.

This forum IS invaluable with all the knowledge and information. I find myself starting a folder with lots of good usefule help I have gatered from the site.

Hi Angiefox10 - I still have to get Hubby to visit. I have been several times in the past, he has not.... I love this place... Hoping to do a LSP next April..Life is a journey, hoping the next stop is TV

Congratulations? Hope you enjoy The Villages as much as we do. We just closed on February 22 and the excitement hasn't worn off yet. Hope it never does. Enjoy!

Alhambra. We did not get to close yet. The mortgage Co. servers went down and the closing has been delayed until Weds.

Congratulations -- and I hope your closing is finalized on Wednesday. Happy moving in and unpacking. :wave:

We finally have closed. We are officially TV owners. Having the locks changed and utilities changed over. I am very excited to visit on the 18th and see my new home.
