If you're looking for a upscale dining experience I would highly recommend Vic's Embers on 441 in Leesburg. A little pricey but the food and service were excellent and a nice place to sit and have a leisurely dinner.

Harbor Lights restaurant in Lake Panasoffkee is really good. I'll be going there with some friends. Need a reservation.
