Today is the day. Done
 

Left work early as this is my last day at work. Start retirement officially on April 1. Hummmmm, maybe not such a good choice. Oh well, it's over now and time to start the good life. Although will start working Monday on the house, getting it ready for the market. So will do about 3 days a week of hard labor for the next 3 or 4 months. So retired officially, but working for myself a bit longer. Doesn't seem to have sunk in yet, but am sure it will by Monday.

I did the same thing. Retired and then got the house ready to sell. The house was already ready, we just had to figure out what to toss and what to keep.

You won't look back! I promise!

Congratulations!....Things will probably seem strange for a while but it will pass,....enjoy working on the house and your upcoming retirement!:icon_wink:

Congradulations, you are now in the 4th quarter. Don't work too hard and save some time to ride the Sportster.

I'll be retired two years come Sept. Never thought that would be an option for me.
For the first 6 months I had to pretend that each day was Saturday. Now I guess it really is!

Must have been a bitter sweet moment. All I know is when I get to TV everythiing seems soooooo much better.

And today while putting the Harley away I met ( The Fox ) Angie came over.
