We used MoversOne to move us about 2 miles to another home within The Villages. Big mistake! They promised us everything, but when we discovered damage less than 2 weeks after the move that we noticed when moving our sofa away from the windows to put up draperies, the owner acknowledged how the damage was done but did not follow-up as he promised. We filed a complaint but he got away with it stating that it was over 5 days after the move. Think twice before hiring them.
