Wood lanai furniture or no?
 

My husband and I went looking at lanai furniture today. We saw beautiful wicker and then we also saw some outdoor wood type sets and furniture as well as outdoor tiled/iron type sets.

Is wicker (or resin type wicker) the best or does it matter and why? We are wondering what the best lanai materials for under a birdcage are?
