Frankie Brin; Jackson National Annuity
 

We have met twice now with Frankie Brin of Walnut Street Securities in Leesburg. Has anyone dealt with Frankie or heard of him? Walnut Street Securities is a division of MetLife Securities. We have done some research on the internet, went to the Attorney General's website and the BBB. Seems Metlife has had some issues in the past nationally, but nothing currently. The first meeting was a kind of getting to know you session. We got into more specifics today. So far are impressed with his philosophy on investing and his knowledge. We are interested in feedback from anyone who might have knowledge of Frankie. He is recommending investment in a Jackson National variable annuity. We have been hesitant to invest in an annuity but as we are gaining more knowledge it does seem like something we need to at least consider. Any feedback on Jackson National variable annuity would also be appreciated.

Met with Frankie down in Leesburg a couple of times about 3 years ago, but ended up going with Cebert Wealth. They seemed a little more knowledgeable and professional.

Thanks for response. They say you should interview a couple of advisors before deciding. Will keep this in mind.
