Newt Gingrich’s well-known health-care think tank has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

Gingrich Group LLC, whose main business was the Center for Health Transformation, charged clients as much as $200,000 in membership fees for .... ahem ..."advice" on health policy. On Wednesday, it disclosed that it has less than $100,000 in assets...

and donald trump has done it often with his atlantic city investments...pretty good company, eh?

Perhaps they filed for bankruptcy protection because they lost business since Gingrich hasn't been associated with the group since he announced his bid for the Republican nomination last summer.

Gingrich sold his ownership interest in the group gave up his role as chief fundraiser for the organization about a year ago.
