Dreaded message "The server is too busy at the moment. Please try again later."
 

Am I the only one getting "The server is too busy at the moment. Please try again later" message? Lasts for five minutes than goes on as if nothing happened. It's getting old - either the server is overwhelmed and needs upgrading or the software is having a problem.

We have the site on a dedicated server. We will look into this. We have been on the site all day today and haven't personally experienced the interruption. We'll see what may be causing this.

This should now be resolved. We added more memory to processes.

Please do report if you see the issue crop up again.

It did happen to me again this AM within an hour of your post. It only lasted a couple of minutes, but that might have been just before it was resolved.

I wish I could add more memory. I have toooooo many senior moments! :icon_wink::icon_wink:

I was also getting the "busy" message as well. Not today so far. What I also find is that it can become really S L O W at times. Just when I started to post this reply is a perfect example. It said, waiting for a response ... I haven't noticed this from other sites.

I just now got this message again while trying to read this thread !!!

I just got the message again at 12:42 and it lasted until 12:46. I almost lost a post it took me a while to prepare, but it did go through OK!
