Concrete Pad
 

I want to extend the concrete pad from the door of the lanai to the back of the house to set the gas grille on. The extension would be approximately 6 X 14 feet. T&D is one of the companies that I plan on getting an estimate from. Does anyone have any positive experiences from other companies that I could contact?

We used T&D for the same project. $350 for the job and they came back on the 2nd day to wet down the concrete. Very satisfied.

We used T&D. Price was acceptable, they did all the work on permits and they did a good job.

T&D does most jobs here and are very good at concrete work.

You can also call Mike Olive with Edge Concrete. 352-267-9078 they do alot of the concrete work in the villages. If you call Mike tell him Gary sent you.

Please don't forget to check with Architectural Review and fill out a form for them. The extension must be approved. There's so much square feet of grass that must be there. I know that we are maxed out with our 8X12 pad.

Edge did a similar though smaller job for me... it was done well.
