Drinking Alcohol May Significantly Enhance Problem Solving Skills

As long as you're not driving a golf cart taking the quiz...Drinking alcohol may significantly enhance problem solving skills, according to this study:
Medical Daily: Drinking Alcohol May Significantly Enhance Problem Solving Skills

If you look on the Internet you can find almost any study to support your argument or point of view.

That's why the second bottle of wine is always so much easier to open then the first. I knew it was so, just didn't know why.

I knew it...I always knew it.

As they say ..... work is the curse of the drinking class .....

Finally! Here I've been seeking justification for my long-standing drinking habit for several years. Now, like an answer to my prayers!

Isn't it fun when your bad habit(s) is (are) validated by research?

Raise your glasses, all!

Now my favorite pour of bourbon can be seen as something akin to a magical elixir.

Like I needed another excuse to pour a glass :)

Drinking can make you think faster.

Picture a herd of buffalo being chased by a pack of wolves. The slow and infirm are the first to be brought down and consumed.

Science has proven that alcohol kills brains cells, but only the slow and infirm are killed, leaving only the faster brain cells to breed and multiply.

So drinking improves thinking.

I read a science report that stated:

Drinking rum and ice will damage your kidneys.
Drinking vodka and ice will damge your liver.
Drinking whiskey and ice will damge your brain.

Damn that ice, it really is dangerous to your health.

Thanks for the tip!!! Now I will be storing all of my booze in the refrigerator to eliminate the need for ice!!!!!!!!

Totally Agree

I totally agree drinking will improve your problem solving skills. It will be of great help solving how to get out of the wrecked car. It will also help in picking out the right hospital, Doctor and most of all the best Rehab Center to use for solving the drinking problem. Of course it will help to get unemployment for your family while you lose your job and are in Rehab. Oh yea..it will also help to pick the right Therapist for treatment and which
meetings you can make. I guess it pays to drink as all of these problems come into focus. Of course you will also solve which mix to use to help with the hang over and how to pay the fine for your DWI.
Isn't problem solving great !!!!:mornincoffee:

Yes, so it helps to know who paid for the study. It may be that the above study was paid for by an association that represents the alcoholic beverage industry.

You guys need to lighten up. The dangers and effects of alcohol have been well documented. I don't believe that anyone on TOTV would really take this study seriously and use it as justification to drink and drive.

George
