Finally fresh fish in the villages
 

I am happy to finally find very fresh fish in The Villages. For the past several weeks, I have bought very fresh fish at the LIGHTHOUSE SEAFOOD MARKET, 8808 East Hgy 466, between Morse and Rolling Hills.
After years of complaining that fish from all the super markets in The Villages is not fresh, finally can report the Lighthouse has answered my plight.
Absolutely great fresh fish. try it for yourselves.

Is this a roadside stand?

I've been buying fish there for a while....I was reluctant to buy from a roadside stand, but they do have a brick and mortar business in Lake Mary, and others here have raved about the place. We tried....and the fish is wonderful! If you haven't had a chance to try their key lime pie....oh, try it. It's homemade and sells out quickly. It's DELICIOUS.... :):mmmm::mmmm:

This is a roadside stand and he does have a store in Lake Mary.
He is open Thursday through to Monday from 1:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
Have bought Chilean Bass, Pacific Halibut, flounder, snapper - all very fresh - no odor whatsoever.
Absolutely wonderful.

Lighthouse is the best we had in a very long time,they are planning to open up a full blown seafood market,an cant wait,they already are moving into the old citrus barn on 466.
danny told me he doing spanish springs market on thrus an brownwood on sat,he s at the barn on fri 1;00 to 5;30 and on sat 3;00 till 6;00.but will be open soon tues thru sunday 10;00am till 6;00 pm.cant wait
