I'm wondering who sponsored this Bill and which folks voted in favor of the Bill.

All of them. Not one criminal congress critter whats any of us to say anything bad about any of them. Even if they voted against that bill they need to go. Need new criminals, tired of the old ones. :a040:

What about the fairly recent time when Goobernator Ricky Scott was at Lake Sumter Landing and the people wearing Democrat shirts were escorted out of the square and across the street? I recall most of the G'Nopers saying things like "no big deal" when that happened. I do not recall them saying it was a violation of free speech.

Also, please note that HR 347 was sponsored by Florida Republican Thomas Rooney. Wow, Republicans calling one of their own a trampler of consititutional rights!

The checks and balances are eroding quickly. The only hope is for The Supreme Court to strke down this bill, hopefully before the conventions.

Remember those numbers when bashing Pres. Obama for "doing away with your free speech".

I didn't bash the President on this. You blindly defend him even though I asked about the origin of the Bill. Obviously both Parties are guilty as sin with the vote count you provided.

Obama signed this into law in secret with no public debate. It's his name on the bottom of this bill.

I know it had support from almost all of both Houses, but.....
