My wife and I will be in TV 6/21 to 6/27. If it's as great as everyone says hopefully we will be ready to buy within a year or so. :a040:

A year? I'm betting it won't be that long. You're going to love it. We will be there as frogs come June, just a little over a year since we first visited. Yes we brought our checkbook. Not a mistake.

We've been doing a lot of research the last couple of years and think we will really like the villages. We've talk with several people who live there and we got a lot of great information here. Wish we could move sooner but it will take us over a year before we could. Thanks everyone. Maybe we will meet some of you.

jaj, Have a great visit. I think it's good that you are visiting in the summer to see if you can handle the warmer temps and higher humidity of Florida in the summer. I will be back in June to visit, but earlier than you. Post your feedback after your lifestyle visit on TOTV, and don't hesitate to ask questions and talk to people during your lifestyle visit -- you may be able to get a lot of information from TV residents during your visit. :wave:

Hello Schaumburger! I also am coming for a lifestyle visit, but in mid May. I am from Highland Park, and used to work in Elmhurst and Mount Prospect. Am curious to know how you like it down there. Currently I have a place in Boynton Beach, but am thinking TV has a lot to offer. I'll also post after my visit.

Hello hotrodgirl -- I just posted a message in the "pet forum" . I know Mt. Prospect fairly well - at least the major streets. I love TV. This June will be my fourth visit to TV. I would move to TV tomorrow, but I'm a relative youngster with several yrs. to go until I can retire. Darn my friend who bought in TV 2 yrs. ago -- it's all her fault that I became a TV wannabee :) I have been to Boynton Beach a few years ago when I went to Ft. Lauderdale. Love the ocean, but I probably could not afford the homeowner's insurance living on the coast. Definitely post what you think of TV, and don't hesitate to post questions on TOTV and when you are on your Lifestyle Visit. I have found that most TV residents are glad to answer questions. :wave:
