From the map that was posted, it looks like two Regional Rec Centers: Eisenhower and Lake Deaton. Unfortunately, being located at the two points furthest south on BV and Morse, respectively, means that the load on Colony and Seabreeze will only get worse as development continues. Even with their completions, it will still be closer for many of the occupants of new houses to cross north over 466A to go to Colony and Seabreeze.

It won't necessarily get worse. From my perspective it's pretty much 50/50 for the south of 466a folks when all construction is complete in that area. Also, don't forget that Morse Blvd. will be extended to meet 44 in the not so distant future, and that will shorten the trip for those living near Morse.

Wonder why they chose to place those rec centers at the absolute end of the development. Hmmmmmm.........:icon_wink:

Personally speaking, I'm not really concerned as to why of it, and I even really see a big problem with where Eisenhower is gonna be! but that's just me! BTW, wasn't Colony Rec Center even further away from the then development area prior to the start of development south of 466a? Anyway, Eisenhower will be where Eisenhower will be just as Brownwood is where Brownwood is, and nothing short of a catastrophic situation is gonna change that, so IMHO people will just have to adapt, like it or not, and enjoy themselves simply because... well... that's what their here for, to enjoy themselves!
