Another theroy

If the health care bill is turned downed by the court and is in fact found unconstitutional most people that don't like Romney will then vote for obama thinking that they don't have to worry about the health care bill. But if it is upheld then anyone that doesn't trust obama will vote for Romney. I for one would vote for Romney even though I may not like him just to get obama out. So think about this. If the first happens and obama can some how get the economy going he will be reelected.

Was this theory posted during cocktail hour?

Any comprehensive decision before election can be beneficial to Obama. It either validates his position or takes it off the table.

If it's a partial victory, it stills softens the impact for Obama, and he can just thank the court for straightening out the legalities of his landmark law.

Yep, posting during Happy Hour does lead to rambling rants and confused
"theroy" by some.

What is it with you people correcting everyone and insuring that any error in typing or spelling is called to everyone's attention ? it is NOT funny if that is what you are going for

Guest 04-22-2012 04:22 PM

The point could be made from that of checking your posting for both CONTENT and TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS before hitting the submit button.

Double-checking makes sure you want to post what you have written and that it will be taken seriously by readers.

Thank you for your kind attention, Bucco. The offer of joining us at the watering hole still stands.

If you have the need to correct someone drop them a PM....no reason to spell it out in public

Some folks are anal.

Careful, Posh, that is getting close to words that can get you suspended from TOTV if reported to the Admin.

Guest 04-22-2012 05:25 PM

Wow, I think that word is far from the line but if you think it hurt some thin skinned feelings then I heartily offer apologies and offer up my best attempt at Kumbuya.

The only ones who are rude enough to constantly "correct" another's spelling or grammar are the liberals on this forum. I've never seen it otherwise.

It's just one more of the liberals tedious examples of "divert and ridicule" whenever possible.

In many ways it just indicates the sparsity of intellectual thought, rather than the opposite.

Or, Richie, it may be that the Liberals are the ones who think about what they post BEFORE it is posted. That way, we can check for both content and spelling - contrary to wubers who tend to go posting half-cocked.

Guest 04-22-2012 06:06 PM

'half-cocked" Now there is a word that might get you reported. :1rotfl:

That's not it; it's that we're more social and polite. I could poke many on this forum for grammatical mistakes, absent punctuation and run on sentences, but I don't.

As long as I understand what it is you're trying to say, that's what matters.

You do it to put down the people you disagree with and not to help, and that's a bit despicable.
