Making it permanent...

We were here last year Jan-Mar to escape the Iowa winter. This year we decided to build in the new area south of 466A (the village is either Sanibel or Charlotte, we've been told both). Closing is May 21 and we can hardly wait, but it's been a blast and fascinating watching the build.

Not retired quite yet, but I work from home when not traveling and can do that anywhere. Can't think of any place better than TV!

BTW, the info on this forum is amazing and priceless.:clap2:

Congrats!

Check this map - zoom in on the Charlotte and Sanibel villages:

Granted, there are no street names shown but you should be able to figure out where you're located. The red lines outline the boundaries of each village.

Hope that helps!

Bill :)

Welcome to TOTV! Where in Iowa are you from?. I was born and raised in Dubuque, and my dad still lives there, so I get to Iowa about every 2 to 3 months as he is getting up in years. You will not miss the Iowa winters! Happy closing and moving in! :welcome:
