Surprised
I cant believe the people who say or imply they know so much about the constitution are in favor of what obama is doing to this country. Now I deal with a lot of illegals every day but I can't turn them in. Even if they are pulled over for a traffic stop they are not questioned in Florida for legal entry to this country. No matter how you look at it they are breaking a law of this country. If an American citizens breaks a law its jail time baby. Now I know of a person that has a legal SS card but does not have a work visa to work in this country. Now you can bet he will apply for benefits and get them. Where is the justice of this I dont get it. We are killing ourselves yes obama is helping. If and I say if we get a rep. for president we best group together and hold him accountable. obama isnt going to do crap and you know it. Its time to face facts and admit he is a dead end. Say what you may but its the truth. Gingrich would be better than obama. ( Hit me for typos if that is all you want worry about our country is more important) And take that picture of obama off left side of the screen

Someone got up on the wrong side of the crib today....

No sense getting all upset. You do what you can, and then vote in November, and let the chips fall as they may. I don't think you're going to be disappointed, as things stand now.
No use giving the commies anything to hang their hat on. It's chin up, and American proud. |

Yes, the vote will come in November. Most Hispanics will vote Obama, Most Blacks will vote Obama, all Democrats will vote Obama, most women will vote Obama, most Independents will vote Obama, Most minorities will vote Obama. Gee, that does not leave the majority voting for Romney, does it? |

Secondly, YOU are using the polls to call out race and class...not them. But then again, this was the case in 2008 with this campaign group...it IS important to them ! |

I personally do not find name calling and repeating easily discredited campaigning talking points from either side very compelling. As an example, Gov. Romney does not have a plan for the economy, except the one he wrote (check his web site). I understand that it is from the Saul Alinsky school of politics. In my point of view it is really just another example of anti-intellectualism.
The choice in this election, at least on the economy, is really pretty simple. And James Carville is still correct about the economy. The Dems want to move the US towards European style socialism. The GOP supports free market economics. Now noting is wrong with supporting either vision. I am hoping to see a rational discussion of the issues. I think the GOP should leave the “birther” issue alone. The Dems should back away from the class warfare rhetoric. Hey, a guy can dream, right? |

It is a dream and I dont think they want to or can ! |
Folks, I believe DDoug topic was concerning people's interpretation of the consitution as it relates to illegal immigration. The latest information from NBC was that illegal immigration is way down because Mexico's economy is far outpacing that of the USA and so Mexicans are returning home for good paying jobs...and in fact Mexico has closed its borders to Americans because Americans are following Mexicans across the border for better paying jobs.....just saying:1rotfl::1rotfl::1rotfl:
