Help with storage problem!!!

I own an Amerillo ranch and am having problems with food storage. Mine has the heat/air in the "laundry room". I bought a stackable washer/dryer to save space. I bought one of those laminate storage units from Lowes for food and extra pans. It just isn't working. Do any of you have a suggestion that has worked for you? I've even considered moving my w/d out to the garage, but it gets so hot out there. Help!!!

I had the same issue but I just stopped buying too much food.

I agree about buying too much food. Even though we have a pantry I still don't feel I have enough storage for canned goods and other things. So that was our solution, we go to the store more often. Plus with eating out so much it works for us and we have very little spoilage.

We have an Amarillo and use the closet in the hall between the guest rooms as a pantry.

I installed a blind corner cabinet next to the stove. It's got two big slide drawers and a hinged door shelf. Pretty pricey ($320), but momma's happy!

The pantry in the patio villa back into the garage. You can bake in it June July August. Someone didn't think this thru

We have an "At Ease" but did many of the same things you did...stackable w/d and added a storage cabinet in the laundry for laundry supplies, dog food, extra paper towels, etc. We also replaced the shelving that was in the pantry with pull out shelves. The pull outs are great and I now have plenty of storage space in my kitchen.

I did the same thing. I also tapped into the guest bedroom light switch and installed a light in the closet.

Go right ahead. I just bought one of those cheap domed ceiling lights and mounted it on the wall, a switch and a couple of junction boxes. It makes a big difference!
