Menus
 

Just wanted to share what I have observed the other day!! First I have to say, I understand that there are a lot of things that goes on in restaurants that we do not know about (I worked in a few)…I was lunch in one of our local restaurants. While sitting waiting for our food, I saw the MANAGER swat a bug with a menu leaving the dead bug smashed against the door frame. Then she put the menu she used as swatter on the table for the next customer to use. After seeing that, I now carry hand sanitizer with me along with travel Clorox wipes for my menus in the future…….

Did you report the MANAGER to anyone? To hear a story like this sickens me to think that I might have been or anyone else might have been the next person to pick up that menu. It would have even been better to call that manager over and get the problem taken care of immediately because you know that some unsuspecting patron used that menu next.

I did not say anything right away, in fear they may do something to my food. But, I did call them and she said that they clean the menu's daily...Like that made a difference :shrug:
