I saw her on the news this morning! Amazing.
Our realtor once took us to a rec centre, where a yoga class was going on, the instructer, if I am not mistaken was over 70 and looked fabulous!

There's an excellent Yoga teacher at MVP who is also over 90 !

The practice also includes meditation. Start with 15 minutes a day and work your way up either in the morning or evening
