Shower door

Has anyone had an after market shower door installed and who did you use?

Yes. we used Home Depot, reasonable, on time and neat.

There is nothing exotic about a shower door. There are different qualities of doors, but installation is straight forward. Measure the opening, buy a door which has a tolerance of a few inches, drill pilot holes in wall and put plugs in and then screw on the frame. A little caulking and voila, done. The whole installation process takes about a half hour to an hour.

:1rotfl: My husband can figure out how old your knee or hip replacement is what kind it is and what drivers you need to repair them. But drill a hole in the shower is not going to happen. So with that still need someone to do it, will try home Depot and any other suggestions

Shower door

We have been considering replacing the ugly builder installed shower door in the master bathroom. We have a courtyard villa and the door consists of two pieces. I have quotes from Perry's Entryway Door (located in La Plaza Grande) and from Abshier's (located in LSL)...both about the same price. The plan is replacing the tile, faucet and change the door to a framless one. I am getting closer to making the decision but one other project will be done before the bathroom revamp. (most of the revamp is complete - granite, new faucets and towel racks, etc)
