Bates Exterminating/Lawn Care
 
After 3 years of Bates care, they admitted the lawn needed resodding due to mole cricketts. Bates took no resposibility for the sod cost.

I had the same situation, They are not going to pay costs of re-sodding. They will spray for mole crickets, but thats it. I don't think there is any company that will do that. I could be wrong, but I doubt it
